Had an all nighter like two weeks ago. Only difference is this one will bleed into my work day where I hit arms, legs, chest and abs, however, I'm still quite confident, as I'll take a cold shower right before so I'll get quite the boost. Doing this to reset my circadian rhythm as these last few days trying to head to bed have just been a nightmare. I plan on going to sleep tomorrow real early at 7PM. Thoughts?
