I’m pretty sure the gym is ruining my face (health indicators). I am naturally skinny and have a lanky build even with the gym. Should i quit and be skinny good looking or be muscular average looking

Quit immediately: the goal should be to develop a frame so small that you become invisible to bullies because they can barely see you

If you want to enhance this you could consider limb shortening surgery and ascend to the 5’2 framelet slayer I know you can become.

Health indicators, i’ve got more prominent eyebags and bloated face when i go to the gym (1 hour sessions, 5 days a week) I tried not going for a month and it helped reduce my eyebags and bloating

you’re not “ruining your face,” you’re just coping the gym isn’t killing your looks bad sleep low carbs dehydration and shitty recovery are. quitting won’t make you “good looking,” you’ll just look weak and soft. you can be lean, aesthetic and still train smart. just stop overtraining and fix your recovery sleep, carbs, water, and chill. looking good isn’t about skipping the gym it’s about not being dumb with it.

I hit almost all nutrients and eat no junk food,the only carbs i get are from fruits and i get less than 100g carbs what should i eat then
u most likely have a legitimate health issue if ur eating healthy and getting bloated from the gym
if anything the gym would make you less bloated, as you're sweating more

Well yes after gym i’m less bloated but i mean like in the long term my face is a lil more bloated and i have more eyebags

I sleep 9pm-7-8am every day and eat quite healthy

when you workout a lot of testosterone and other hormones are released, if you train your legs for example the testosterone (which also functions as an antioxidant) will be used to combat the oxidiative stress that just occured to your legs, it repairs it.
In other words you are funneling your hormones into what you shouldnt prioritize at a young age, the testosterone that is released towards your legs will not go to your browridge or something like that

your body also chooses which hormones to create. If you see a bear in the forest your body will produce adrenaline, if you are going thru something very stressful your body will create cortisol, and etc etc. All of these hormones have the same predecessor, theres not an infinite supply of it which is why your body chooses what to create, and the leftovers will be going to your growth while you sleep and thats when they will be secreted

a bonus reason would also be that it causes you to sleep longer and prioritize reparing the muscles, a school child would rarely sleep enough that they wake up on their own, thats why they have waking alarms. So your body gets less time to do what it actually needs during sleep because its spending its time repairing the muscles instead. just a bonus reason

yeah but thats why you prioritize the hormones to be spent on your bone structure, large ribcage with long clavicles and welldeveloped scapulas. i started working out 2 months before i turned 20 and because my bone structure was good (i never worked out prior to this) my shoulders exploded in with from just doing 5kg lateral raises, everyone irl pointed it out
