I’m pretty sure the gym is ruining my face (health indicators). I am naturally skinny and have a lanky build even with the gym. Should i quit and be skinny good looking or be muscular average looking

bruh, track ur protein intake, fat intake, calorie intake, make sure all is good and get jacked with time. :cautious:
I tried to improve my diet and i’m seeing progress slowly, i think i just used to eat too much carbs (about 150-200g) now i eat about 100g
 
Health indicators, i’ve got more prominent eyebags and bloated face when i go to the gym (1 hour sessions, 5 days a week) I tried not going for a month and it helped reduce my eyebags and bloating
Try not eating slop food and sleep iqlet
 
Lean and shredded is law never leave the gym

holy fuck 200g of fat, 70g of saturated fat? 200g of protein? bro what r u eating bruh, u should do 0.8g of protein/lb or 1g of protein/lb + lower ur fat and saturated fat u should eat below 30g of saturated fat + 60-90 of fat, ur eating too much unnecessary micronutrients and food u should eat more carbs rather than protein and fat, lower ur carb is just gonna make u feel tired and more bloated it, + do 30-15min of cardio after each session, 6-8 reps, 1-3 sets

its simple, js dont eat like shit, get ur protein in, be consistent.

Fatty meat and eggs mostly, tbh i feel better eating less carbs, down to 100g carbs for a week and seeing progress in my skin and overall looks
