i took mk 677 when i was gymcelling hard, safely, but not on a good diet at all. I got fat from gymcelling and had lackluster height growth. (this was a year ago)
i cut all of my fat off, and I am now very lean and I am training for the next upcoming soccer season.
I have a few more months of offseason, however. Id like to put on ~15 pounds of muscle and grow taller quickly, as my plates are very open and my hormones are kicking in again after being in an extended calorie deficit.
My reasoning on why i wouldn’t, though, is that on these offseason months i want to train my cardio. mk 677 reduces cardio strength and duration. Is it worth recycling?
(im 17, lean, lift 6x a week and play soccer 5x. i also do cardio aerobics and anaerobics in biking, running, sprinting, and general plyometrics)
