Should I run carb-cycling to feel more energized during the week?

Yeah yeah I know, no carb cycling for my maxilla and hairline but anyways:

I workout 5 days a week.
Chest+Triceps on Monday
Back+Biceps on Tuesday
Shoulders+ Legs on Wednesday
Burpee HIIT on Thursday - 2 Tabata rounds.
Calisthenics with Push-ups, Pull-ups, Dips on Friday

My carb intake is very limited. In my breakfast (I only have eggs and nuts plus 20g collagen peptides and a scoop of Whey), neither my second meal (a pound of meat in the form of turkey breast or ground beef or salmon plus some vegetables). I only have 2 meals per day which cured all of my gastro-related problems, gluten sensitivity and fixed my skin, so I want to keep running this. I don't use creatine. I only take L-citrulline for pumps before the gym and the Whey as I said.

Even though I don't think it's extremely accurate, I just counted my calories using myfitnesspal and I am at about 1600kcal, while my maintenance is about 2.1k according to app. I am 27yo, 6'1", 190ish pounds, about 20%BF.

I workout at lunchtime and the only thing that keeps me functional and prevents being completely lethargic, fatigued and sleepy is the fact that I push Modafinil as my pre-workout and it sustains me after the workout too. I know from my previous experience that without pushing Modafinil there is no way in hell I can keep up with this workout without having to nap for 3 hours every day.

So, my question is, should I increase my carb intake? Or cut back on the exercise intensity and go more for volume? I am trying to leanmaxx so I don't really want to add carbs to my nutrition.
