think about it though, if have some higly offensive statement as a shirt, and i walk in, people would see it, some dude, reading it, would beat me, and nobody would defend me because they'd be justified. if i pull out a gun, i could be seen as creating a scene and the police would be called. then, i could face some issue (likely not jailtime but something) due to proof that i have a social media channel where i deliberately provoke people for views and i could be seen a s public nuisance and they'd disincentivize me from doing it maybe. @Trumpmaxxing

I live in a pretty republican place, and they definitely won't take it if i am proven to be someone with a history and intent to provoke this stuff, otherwise, they'll likely respect my free speech laws.
