since ur 14 u should be getting mostly natural creatine from meat, fishes or foods that has creatine in general. negative effects r mostly: wieght gain, joint stiffness, nause, muscle cramping, headaches nd if u already have a bad kidney its gonna make it worse. i belive its not good for a cut and i dont think it increases ur height in any way since its a substance that involves making energy for muscle contractions
