No 1 knows, there is results on social media but they may be lying do it if you want to consistently for month then make an update

I've been practicing thumb stretching for one month, and as a result, I can say that my chin tilted slightly to the left. Maybe, of course, I was giving an uneven load, but it seems that this is not the case. As soon as I saw that my chin started to look to the left, I stopped doing this exercise.
 
thumb pullin does not work my nigga, don't waste yo time on cope and try softmaxxes first
