I understand why you might want to consume these products, but I can assure you you'll be better off using plant based alternatives... Not only are canola oil and soy milk better for cardiovascular health, there's less risk of falling ill from them, and it's more environmentally friendly!

Milk no
Butter yes

I guess? It has more fat and less carbs
I was just gonna use it to grease a pan before cooking but the calories and nutrients would still be consumed I think

Stop counting calories 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
And it's raw for nothing if you burn it in a pan, eat about half a stick of butter a day, not heated.

I don’t think the raw means it’s not been cooked, it means it’s un processed

All butter is processed, i think you mean unpasteurised milk straight from a cow.
I was saying not to heat it up otherwise you're buying butter from raw milk for nothing since you're destroying it.

Why would you drink fat free milk with added protein... :dafuckfeels:
There's no reason to get fat free... Or high protein.
Less fat and more protien that’s the reason

So why wouldn't you eat fat?
And why are you drinking milk for protein
Mixing it with eggs not just straight drinking it

Also when I used to drink protein shakes cause I didn’t eat enough
