Should i start going to the gym as a 15 yr old? i’m 184 ish, above average clavicles and a medium-small waist, i have good chest and ab insertions but i didn’t wanna go because i read somewhere it decreases test in the long run, if i should go could i please have a split and advice? thank you

You should but not intensely or just do it 2 times a week max maybe, and don't frown ur face when lifting it'll create wrinkles and you'll be getting cortisol spikes
