Should I start hitting legs again?

Haven’t hit legs in like 2 months

I want to atleast do dead lifts cuz they say it’s good for the back muscles but I think it’s cope plus I want to make the most of this cycle to make all the gains to my upper body

Rn I’m doing PPOA

Push
Pull
Other
2x a week
Then
arms on Sunday

Do legs one set for quads hamstrings daily it wil affect other lifts and muscle imbalances injuries etc

Like good luck every getting a strong bench press with chicke legs and no leverages

Your not gonna be able to deadlift either

I had injuries and muscle imbalances that took sn entire cycle of training legs to fix bc I skipped legs for a long time
