I've been coping with beta carotene for 2-3 months now, although I see some results it's subtle and mainly on my body.

Should I just stick to palemaxxing? I'm VERy pale with cool undertones, like de poot

Also cool/pale tones can defo mog given that you have a pheno that works with it, I think you don't need to tan.
