If your liver isn’t converting HGH to IGF-1, 11 IU is just stressing your system. Probably too much Arimidex killing E2. estrogen helps IGF-1 conversion. If your plates are open and LR3 is cheaper, go with that. It works directly. Lower the HGH, ease off the AI, and reset.

didnt notice my nose getting bigger what did happen is that my maxilia grew sideways idk how to explain but my midface is now wider
