Should I take accutane?

I had very bad acne for a few months (had some not 2 bad acne before aswell), i nearly fixed it (diet & lifestyle), but still have some pimples(3-5 active ones at most) and my skin is literally full of red acne scars.

For skincare i go for azelaic azid and sunscreen(morning), while using tretinoin(0,02) and moisturizer(every other evening).

So does it still make sense to hop on accutane or should i just go on with this skincare routine and hope that i can fix it completly by myself?

if it is not going away completely with your current regime, take accutane. life is too short to live with acne all over your face.

accutane will fix it but be careful of purging and scaring. take it with an anti-histamine (might be cope) and don't take too high of a dose.

apply and reapply sunscreen daily, take accutane with fat, and moisturize at least twice daily to keep a strong barrier.

then continue your usual skincare routine afterwards (retenoid) or hop on dutasteride if you are over 18 to avoid a relapse.
