maybe and only like 10mg or less, if it's that minor I'd focus on just fixing diet first, if you can't bother yourself to control the goyslop you put inside your mouth like me, go ahead.

Nah man i only eat clean except a pizza once a weekk(not a cheese pizza)

haha then I would do it low dose (like 10mg or less). I'm on 10mg and I do get dry lips/mouth so side effects are not non-existant but still worth it

And dry skin ? I struggle with it even eithout accutane
So can i take diuretics and accutanr at the same time ? Are there are other methods what to do against bloat

JUst moisturize your skin and have a skincare routine (cleansing, moisture and protection (adjust all of this for your specific skin and accutane).

There's no direct negative effects that comes from a istrot+diuretic combo but I would advise against using a diuretic right away since depleting yourself of essential hydration is not good (it can literally kill you if you are true sub 85iq). For angularity it would be electrolyte balance, bones (the most important one), and facial fat (you can lower body fat but if you're in puberty it may go away with time),
