haha then I would do it low dose (like 10mg or less). I'm on 10mg and I do get dry lips/mouth so side effects are not non-existant but still worth it

And dry skin ? I struggle with it even eithout accutane
So can i take diuretics and accutanr at the same time ? Are there are other methods what to do against bloat

JUst moisturize your skin and have a skincare routine (cleansing, moisture and protection (adjust all of this for your specific skin and accutane).

There's no direct negative effects that comes from a istrot+diuretic combo but I would advise against using a diuretic right away since depleting yourself of essential hydration is not good (it can literally kill you if you are true sub 85iq). For angularity it would be electrolyte balance, bones (the most important one), and facial fat (you can lower body fat but if you're in puberty it may go away with time),

you only die if you overdose and end up fully depleting your body but still I wouldn't do it unless you're running smth like hgh or test that increases aldosterone (what bloats you)

Yes bro. I been on it for a like a month and a half and shit genuinely life changing if u have chronic acne like me. Its also good for excess sebum which i had. Also accutane nose bro i need ts before i get rhino

if your acne is really bad then take it but use it as a last resort. Accutane has a lot of bad side effects

Accutane is rlly bad for you I'm pretty sure only use that as a last resort if you're acne is terrible and you're a pizza face. All I used to clear my small pimples and outbreaks was 8 hours of sleep a day so my hormones are regulated properly and I used salicylic acid cleanser in the morning and then some azelaic acid to even skin tone, and then salicylic acid at night again and then a pea sized amount of adapalene.

Try topical trent first and if that's not working that well I would recommend 20 mg of accutane also don't listen to the fearmongering accutane is safe
