I got pescription of Dutasteride Medical Valley capsule 0,5 mg even though im not balding and im 21 years old so theres no need for my dht anyways since im done with puberty and bonegrowth. Should i take it now to prevent balding in future or wait till i start seeing recession

Ideal is 2.5mg every day.

0.5mg every day will suffice.

I only got 0.5mg capsules and 90 of them so that will be gone under a month if i do 2.5mg daily

you could try it. i think 5ari is pointless if you are not balding though. skin and aging is mostly genetics, 5ari will help but not a lot.

taking 5ari is not a big deal though like using gear, if you have problems u just stop taking them and go to baseline in a couple of weeks, so why not try and see how you respond.
