Theres no such thing as hgh that can be got through tablets. Its ghrps = growth hormone realising peptides or secretagogues so. Those usually have way more side effects and are not as effective. 4-5ius of hgh before sleep will do the job. Doing it like 1h before sleep is best because then Absorption rate is much better. Dont go over 6ius because that could lead to chronically high blood sugar and eventually diabetes. Just random question at the end, where do you get the gh from?

Genotropin or norditropin if youre rich is good but if you dont buy from the healthstore than a cheap gh from china will also do the job. You can test if its real with a glucose monitor. Just inject 5ius and test blood glucose every 30mins. If it goes up signifant than your gh is real.

They only way that really works are injections and yes if anything 14, is the best time to take the hgh. Because there will come a time when your growth plates close. In the philippines the product I know is Xemenry Regains but that's pretty much it. AND DO NOT TAKE MK 677 dude.
