I’m starting to get to the age where it wouldn’t work anymore and js need to know if it’s actually worth it and how it can help

what I look like for reference need to know if it can help my face be slimmer and widen my lower third and also would test make my nose bigger cause it’s already huge

Alr good to know and I’ve also heard accutane can make it slimmer and I have some acne I want gone so could that be good
