Should I take preworkout during teen age?

most of my friends are taking preworkout before the gym but idk if this amount of caffeine will stunt anything for me during puberty, im currently js carbmaxxing and its already dont a decent job as my pre meal

Yeah take it. Take as little as possible that's what I do. I just take it to wake up

Caffeine does not stunt growth, just make sure to drink it at least 10-12 hours before going to bed, the body can take up to 8 hours to get rid of the caffeine you consume, and GH is released in your sleep

i take 300mg caffeine at 7pm i go to sleep at 11 pm you just need to take melatonin and zinc before bed
 
Well then you are fucking stupid, unless you are already 18 and finished developing you are capping your growth.

Melatonin might make you sleep but it doesn't stop the caffeine from keeping your nervous system awake, if you are taking 300mg at 7PM you will still have about 150mg on your system by 1AM.

As I said before, most Growth Hormone is released during sleep, and it’s not any sleep, it’s the deep wave sleep. Caffeine specifically slashes the amount of deep sleep you get. Even if the melatonin knocks you out, your sleep will be shallow. You might sleep for 8 hours but your body won't release the GH it needs to grow and recover.

Stop giving your fuckass advice to people who are trying to improve bozo.
