Should i take torasemide to lose water on my Face?

I heard it has some health risk that can permanently have Impact on my health. Should i take the risk for more defined face. I would start with 10mg and If not enough go up to 20mg. The water in my Face descends me at least 1-1.5 on the Looks scale. Its frustating
