It does, i take them, but I don't think you outta start unless you're already addicted to nicotine. I justify it by saying they're better than cigarettes, but neither are healthy.
I plan to stop later this year when I'm fully leanmaxxed and I only take like 4 a day max. I also take them out for later reuse after like 30 minutes.
