No reason to imo, carbs arent bad they are tasty and nutritious sure there not particularly filling but if your eating a decent amount of fat that shouldn't be a problem.
As long as your kcals are low then you will lose weight.

You could cut them out if you want to debloat significantly but its not worthwhile imo.

eat carbs early 8-13 am to get better insulin sensitive + add black cumin oil with heavy carbs meals to help blood sugar
bread isnt good due to low nutritions, fast glycemic, low fiber and anti-nutritions such as gluten. Better to eat fruits & nuts and some starchy carbs which you enjoy. Remember starchy carbs makes your face ''puffier'' due to water renetion so cut off them 2 day before important event if you want to maximisize your potential.

tip:
eat fruit on empty stomach and seperatly from your other meals as their digestion is very fast.

Some bread from time to time won’t prevent weight loss.

I had a large pizza tuesday with my colleagues for lunch : I skipped dinner and did 1hr of cardio to compensate for that.

Still lost weight that week.

Avoid bread as much as you can but eating some from time to time if you feel like it is okay.

Good advice, I was eating 1 slice of bread first in the mornings to prevent my body from eating itself but fruits are def a better option.

Yeah, I'm not aspie enough to be at a hangout with friends and say "lets eat healthy guys, I'm on a diet" jfl

Just calorie deficit bro. I find it easier to eat fewer calories without getting too hungry if I avoid most carbs though.

Don't fall for the low-carb meme. Weight loss is calories-in, calories-out, I cut all the way down from 168.2 lbs February 6th to 128.14 lbs 7-day average Sept 25-Oct 1 on a diet where I probably got 50+% of my calories from carbs. While I wouldn't normally risk getting most of your calories from carbs while cutting because you need protein to preserve muscle mass during a cut, I was a sedentary fat ass starting out so I didn't have much muscle to lose to begin with.
You need carbohydrates to fuel your workouts and to give you energy throughout the day. If you are lifting weights, you need carbs to repair your muscle fibres. Glycogen is important for muscle repair and synthesis. And it's 3 parts water, 1 part glucose.
If you actually have muscle that you want to preserve, the most important thing during a cut is to make sure that you have adequate protein. The muscle retention benefits of protein for cutting bodybuilders according to scientific studies max out at 1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight per day.
Once you reach that daily protein quota, you are free to allocate your remaining calories to either carbs or fats. You should prioritize carb intake before doing cardio. And before and after lifting weights.

If I were to start my cut today at 1,500 calories per day, this is what I would do personally.
Weight: 141.4 lbs
Protein budget: 115.4g
Calorie Budget: 1,500
Calories allocated to Protein: 461 (31%)
Calories allocated to Carbs and Fats: 1,039 (69%)

At 1,500 calories per day, I imagine I'd still devote over a third of my calories to carbs. And I'd concentrate my carb intake before cardio and also before and after lifting weights. And then eat less carbs the rest of the day.

Between over a third of my calories coming from carbs and 31% coming form protein, I imagine calories from fat would likely make up the least of my diet. Though I am not preaching a low-fat diet. Fat is an important macronutrient. Just don't go overboard as fat is the most calorie-dense macronutrient.
