No reason to imo, carbs arent bad they are tasty and nutritious sure there not particularly filling but if your eating a decent amount of fat that shouldn't be a problem.Title ngl
Good advice, I was eating 1 slice of bread first in the mornings to prevent my body from eating itself but fruits are def a better option.eat carbs early 8-13 am to get better insulin sensitive + add black cumin oil with heavy carbs meals to help blood sugar
bread isnt good due to low nutritions, fast glycemic, low fiber and anti-nutritions such as gluten. Better to eat fruits & nuts and some starchy carbs which you enjoy. Remember starchy carbs makes your face ''puffier'' due to water renetion so cut off them 2 day before important event if you want to maximisize your potential.
tip:
eat fruit on empty stomach and seperatly from your other meals as their digestion is very fast.

I had a large pizza tuesday with my colleagues for lunch : I skipped dinner and did 1hr of cardio to compensate for that.
Still lost weight that week.
Avoid bread as much as you can but eating some from time to time if you feel like it is okay.
