Training abs is fine for core strength and posture, but visible abs are about low bodyfat. Endless crunches won't carve a six‑pack if your waist is covered in fat. Heavy compounds like squats, deadlifts and overhead presses already hit your core hard — do a couple sets of weighted crunches or hanging leg raises if you want, then move on. Abs are built in the kitchen; drop your bodyfat and build muscle instead of thinking a "10 minute ab routine" will save you.

Don’t fall for the abs made in kitchen bs, they may get shown more at low bf, but just do a movement that performs spinal flexion, such as hanging leg raises or a kneeling cable crunch.
Do it at the same intensity and volume you would as a normal set aswell.
