I do ab crunches (machine)What do you recommend
any ab exercise that emphasizes spinal flexion (your spine moving forwards and backwards) is the best for ab stimulation. don’t do planks basicallyWhat do you recommend
Why does every post from this dude scream aiTraining abs is fine for core strength and posture, but visible abs are about low bodyfat. Endless crunches won't carve a six‑pack if your waist is covered in fat. Heavy compounds like squats, deadlifts and overhead presses already hit your core hard — do a couple sets of weighted crunches or hanging leg raises if you want, then move on. Abs are built in the kitchen; drop your bodyfat and build muscle instead of thinking a "10 minute ab routine" will save you.
its the dash that gives it awayWhy does every post from this dude scream ai

Don’t fall for the abs made in kitchen bs, they may get shown more at low bf, but just do a movement that performs spinal flexion, such as hanging leg raises or a kneeling cable crunch.I skip abs and idk if I should train them
