is it okay to train these muscle groups with dumbbells/body weight at 13, i train for aesthetics but also to increase boxing strength, wondering if i should train legs or not because i'm afraid of becoming short, train likely 3x a week, not all muscle in one, it go from 1-2-3 day and done in every exercise guy, also i train neck
