Should I try to microneedle and apply minox to my big forehead and hairline?

I‘m not balding but I was born with a very high hairline.
Since 13 it has matured a bit and it goes a bit over my skull.
It looks so shitty and subhuman.
I can‘t get a hairline lowering surgery yet because I‘m under 25.
And I‘m saving up money for a hair transplant in turkey to cover my forehead a bit and „lower“ it with hair grafts.
I heard you can try to microneedle and apply topical minox on your forehead.
Maybe this will lower my hairline by a bit.

won't do anything, minox works by reactivating your inactive hair follicles, it doesn't grow any additional ones.

but if it has receded it could grow some back there.
