I been working out for 2-3 years now but I feel like I'm doing too much for my workouts bcuz each session lasts over 90 minutes and not prioritizing the right muscles to be aesthetic. Im running a 4 day upper lower split (0-1 RIR) (1 RIR on first set and 0 on last or only set)
Upper A: (Arm focus)
1. 2x db lateral raises
2. 2x db bicep curls
3. 1x cable reverse curl
4. 2x unilateral tricep extension
5. 1x weighted dips
6. 2x upper back row
7. 2x weighted pullups
8. 1x low to high fly
9. 1x flat db press
Lower:
2x unilateral leg extension
2x unilateral seated ham curl
1x bulgarian split squat
2x 45deg extension
2x adductors
2x unilateral calf raises
1x abductors
1x cable crunch
1x side bends
Upper B is the same exercise selection just back focused and then arms then lateral raises then chest. Is this a good routine and should I remove/add anything or prioritize something more than the other for aesthetics and is 9 exercises too much?
