should i use 0.025% or 0.05% tretinoin after finishing triluma?

do i use 0.025% or 0.05% i was using 0.025% before starting triluma cream, what should i use after finishing it?

also should i use gel or cream? i have combination skin type and crazy oily nose (tret will def shrink my nose a bit which would be really helpful)

btw i'll be using 15-20% azelaic acid in morning or night idk whichever will be better

I personaly use cream and honestly you should do the jump js take it slow at first. First 2 weeks is hell

2x first 2 weeks then and increase from there should work i think

also by hell i assume that you mean purging and not barrier destruction?
like i don't get acne anymore just once or twice here and there rarely

Yea 2 or 3 times at first is good by hell i mean like skin sheding and dryness but use a good moisturizer and ur good

I use gel, its pretty easy actually, just apply small amounts in parts, left cheek, right cheek, chin, nose, forehaead etc...
