I've managed to get my hands on the 'holy grail' of skincare looksmaxxing - tretinoin gel, but I'm not quite sure if I should use it.
My skin is quite nice at the moment (managed to pull htb). I just have a little bit of rosacea (but thankfully due to summer everyone just assumes it's sunburn) and a few pimples mainly around my mouth and chin.
According to most people this should only be used in case of severe acne, but I want to use it for anti-aging and improve skin texture and quality. Also I'm 21. Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I try it?

I used it, it didn't work as well as other stuff I used

What else did you use?
Erythromycin with Zinc has been the most effective so far.

High concentration tretinoin also very usefull acne.

I'd say try the treclin given, if too irritating or nothing happens in 6 weeks switch treatment

Right I have only minor acne with few pimples at worst and even that is thanfully slowly fading away.
I am in tretonin mainly for fixing acne scars, wrinkles, pores... and anti-aging.
