i´m also on 2,5mg oral minoxidil and also topical
u dont need to up it, i would recommend you to do 2,5mg a day thats the baseline.
after 3 months you should see the results (it takes some time to work)
if you dont see any slight changes after those 3 months up it to 5mg or even to 10mg if u crazy enough

if you want to use another topical with oral minoxidil try the ordinary's brow and lash serum
