how old are you ? accutane gave me god tier skin but you need check liver every month. retin a is a form a vitamin a like accutane so it probably helps you too.

You could benefit from retin-a in spite of your age. You could also do fibrolast plasma treatments, fractional laser, microneedling, PRP, and carboxytherapy.

I didn't research it but I could imagine that retin-A or roaccutane might contribute to vitamin D and other fat soluble vitamin deficiencies if not supplemented.

whoa accutane rly gave you god tier skin? i heard from others that accutane messed up their skin. did you have acne before though? and did it do anything for your complexion other than acne like pores, fine lines, wrinkles, etc?

i didn't have acne but i have always small pimples and pores especially around the nose.
i used it because i had rosecea,it's genetic. my sisters have it too and the only solution was accutane.
it did give god tier skin but i wasn't had severe acne problems or pimples. also my brother used it too. he had acne scars and accutane tighten his skin up so he got a lot improvement but didn't end up like me since he had severe acne before.
so to make long story short, it's the most legit drug ever about skin. but do check your livers frequently, it's not a joke.

oh damn wow i see. yea i don't know if accutane is worth it for me now cause my acne isn't as severe as it used to be. yea i have pretty big pores around my cheeks though. but fuck, if it can make my complexion look better, get rid of fine lines/wrinkles and large pores, and completely get rid of acne, then i'd hop on it despite not having a bad acne problem
