Should I use tretitoin with sunscreen every morning?

I'm kinda curious about this, I want to know if it's getting me better results or is it just unnecessary

use tretinoin at night 2 or 3 times a week (not nightly) and sunscreen before going out. You'll start shedding skin slowly but just fix ur sleep and you'll heal quicker keep doing that for 3 months before u notice improvement then gradually increase tret % once your skin adapts
