Should I wait to get a internship for my bachelors or should I finish my degree and then do a masters

Doing WGU so Im doing a online school. i have 100/120 Units and not sure if I wait to finish it or I wait for a internship. I can also just finish and go for a masters from GA tech but Im not sure. Money is not a issue right now for the next few years im ballin
