When I used to practice personal training I helped a number of females get wider hips by utilizing hip abduction exercises. I prescribed them frequently for women who didn't like the look of "hip dips" and they all filled out to some degree. I do not recommend males do these.

What do you need hips for? Focus on your posterior chain and you'll get a good butt if that's what you're worried about. Pancake ass is bad but so is wide hips.i have only wide hips unfortunately but my shoulders broad thankfully, so what should i do for hips ?

Yes, but not for a gym anymore. I only take clients on in my home gym for private training by word of mouth and only after they meet certain criteria. I have a real job so I don't have time. I was a personal trainer at the YMCA and for varsity athletics at my local college for three years from 2015-2018are you a personal trainer?
