short philtrum is a feminine trait, masculine traits≠attractive, big nose, long philtrum, thin lips are all dimorphicaly male features but they aren’t necessarily attractive, philtrum lengthens with age so a shorter philtrum is more attractive as it’s neotonous but short philtrums are not masculine dimorphism

Why

Because long philtrum is a Neanderthal trait. Humans (all races) are evolving to have more compact faces.

A long philtrum can look masculine but you need a big chin to balance it out. Whereas short philtrum basically always looks good, it’s a feature of a forwards grown and compact face.
