Should the prolonged length of a man’s looks peak be factored in ratings?

For example, Tom cruise looked good for like 30 years. Chico still looks good at 32, but if in 3 years he becomes undesirable, meaning he only looked good for let’s say 14-16 years. Although Tom Cruise may have a lower PSL rating than Chico, but because his span lasted ~15 years longer, should we factor that in?
