Train it as normal muscle or train it more ?
 
Train it on rad 140
 
Most people don't need to isolate rear delts. They'll get hit on your pulling work anyways. Side delts are important tho

side delts > rear delts > front delts

Just let your shoulders come forward on back exercises so you have to pull back with shoulders, and do face pulls, great for rear and side delts.

rear delts are really important
 
rear delts are very important, you can isolate them and train traps too
 
From the front view they’re not that important but add a lot to frame when people view you from the side.
 
lats matter more than shoulders and you can't really train your back without the rear delt being affected in some way.
