After a deep research in the topic, I decided to add this herb to my current stack for Heightmaxing, naturally speaking. I currently get 2.4mcg/ug of Vitamin B12 and 50mg of Zinc (daily) to increase testosterone production and reduce my total sugar-intake, so as not to disrupt my androgen receptors, I get 1,400mg of phosphorus and calcium (1:1 ratio) so as not to disrupt magnesium absorption and together, all these minerals improve my bone metabolism for bone growth. I don’t forget sun exposure to synthesize Vitamin D through my skin (fat absorption is skipped with this and it’s more bio-available than supplements) along with Vitamin K2, so as not to calcify my arteries and that all these nutrients in synergy make the osteoblasts exceed the osteoclasts and my bone density increases.
I already do all of this, but now I wonder, should I resort to this tranny herb that, according to several studies and medical evidence, increases the production of IGF-1?
