After a deep research in the topic, I decided to add this herb to my current stack for Heightmaxing, naturally speaking. I currently get 2.4mcg/ug of Vitamin B12 and 50mg of Zinc (daily) to increase testosterone production and reduce my total sugar-intake, so as not to disrupt my androgen receptors, I get 1,400mg of phosphorus and calcium (1:1 ratio) so as not to disrupt magnesium absorption and together, all these minerals improve my bone metabolism for bone growth. I don’t forget sun exposure to synthesize Vitamin D through my skin (fat absorption is skipped with this and it’s more bio-available than supplements) along with Vitamin K2, so as not to calcify my arteries and that all these nutrients in synergy make the osteoblasts exceed the osteoclasts and my bone density increases.

I already do all of this, but now I wonder, should I resort to this tranny herb that, according to several studies and medical evidence, increases the production of IGF-1?

How's your heightmaxxing progress been? And BTW why don't you focus more on reducing estrogen naturally through supplements? All you're really doing is strengthening your bones. Caffeine, Curcumin, Mangosteen, Olive Leaf Extract, fat-soluble vitamins have been proven to reduce estrogen in one way or another. I think it's a waste of your time to try to attempt to increase IGF-1 levels naturally, all you gotta do is eat protein, sleep for long periods of time, and maybe take an amino acid blend.
You're stack is good but pretty ineffective for maximizing height growth, since you're 15 now, no longer 14.

I just had cereal for dinner with a blend infused of essential amino acids and anti-oxidants, with that I reached my optimal levels of B12 for AR sensitivity and testosterone increase. I consume about 50-60g of protein daily; inb4 I thought that the more protein the better, but even if you consume 300g of protein only what your body needs will be absorbed and the rest will put pressure on the kidneys, causing it to be expelled through the urine and harming your body. I discovered my optimal protein-intake through dietary guidelines, in addition to the fact that I consume 130g of carbs to have a ratio of protein-to-carbs (1:3) to improve protein synthesis, I sleep at 10:00 p.m. to reach my 8 hours of sleep, it’s impossible for me to sleep at 9:00 p.m. due to my current schedule.

You live a very optimized life at a young age, which is good to do anything. You may not see the craziest heightmaxxing results from this type of stack, however, you live an enjoyable life, and energy levels will always be relatively high.

The compounds seem promising but I don't feel like wasting money on something with no other prior experiences, only vague research studies.
