We need sunbathing for cellular energizing and cellular functioning and restructuring, improving our organs and face, and giving us rejuvenation, just like in wild animals and tribal humans who do not age and have no disease. Otherwise we age in cold latitude with 0 high UV and IF sunlight. Per Jack Kruse.
I have questions on tanning beds.
Do tan beds give you vitamin D and melanin? Can we replace sunbathing with tanning beds?
Or do they give you radiation causing cancer and cell death, just like radiation against cancer which kills majority of the scammed patients?
I researched these inquiring questions.
Results are poor and insufficient.
It seems tanning beds give you melanin, and this is what the tan is, which is good.
It seems that tanning beds are made to be unnatural, by only giving UVA, which from certain sources like Jack Kruse seems to be the best, but ideally we would get all the sun light spectrum like from the sun, including entire UV, and infrared too.
Those scammers sell red light therapy and tanning bed service, why not sell the entire thing?
This is a curious thing. Maybe I can do sunbathing therapy all year round because of tanning beds.
If we would use tanning beds, then I would think the intensity of radiation would be a multiple times higher than from the sun, as if we sunbathe in a lowest latitude on Earth. This is why it is absolutely necessary to drink like 2 liters of ionized liquids (like raw milk, or artesian water mixed with orange's juice), and after 30 minutes (to absorb the water), and also it is needed to eat before or after some 500 grams of fatty raw meat (because raw fat lubricates and moisturizes), because fat and water are what's converted from skin and sunlight into melanin and stored energy, and most importantly it will help with maximal healing and recovery from unusually high stress and possible damage (as if we sunbathed in Africa).
We should also do gradual increase in time of fake sunbathing, like if doing it weekly, then doing it 2 days per week ideally (1 time to get a minimal tan, which protects your skin and allows you to sunbathe way way way longer, as I know it from my experience of sunbathing, and the second time after some day, to get maximally longer fake sunbathing).
This is what I would do if tanning beds would be actually healthy (I still do not know it).
