thats actually really helpful. thank younah bro, losing weight young isn’t automatically bad it just depends how you do it and what your current situation is. if you’re overweight or have high body fat, cutting down slowly is actually healthier and can help your hormones, confidence, and energy long-term. the only real issue is if you go extreme with it (starving, overtraining, or dropping weight too fast), since that can mess with growth, hormones, and even bone density. if you’re still growing, your focus should be body recomposition, not crash dieting lift, eat high protein, keep calories slightly below maintenance, and make sure you’re sleeping well. you’ll lose fat and still grow taller/fill out naturally.
