Should you always use SPF100?

If more SPF provides more sun protection isnt it logical to always use maximum amount aka SPF100?

You can get tan via MT2 and carrots, so being pale shouldn't be an issue.

SPF50 is enough. Dont really know much about sunscreen but i heard 50 is enough.

spf doesnt mean strength it means how long the sunscreen will stay working
higher spf doesnt mean higher strength but it means higher duration of protection

No, I use tret from skinorac along with spf50+ and it's fine. 100+ is not mandatory
