via incline movements or would flat movements still grow it ?

I only do Incline chest press nowadays.
Everyone lacks it

Only muscle groups that matter in the context of looksmaxing: shoulders, upper chest, lats, and neck.

abs too. For me the entire back is important

it's hard to target just the clavicular fibers

Yeah, but in that case flat movements basically barely target it no ? Whilst incline has a chance of targeting it ?

Incline does isolate your upper chest more, flat bench is more a combo of both upper and lower

What if you just stopped flat benching completely?

that’s fine just do cable flys, db flys and pullovers or the machines that aren’t on incline but for chest
