should you fast or have sugar on exam day?

when fasted, you dont have blood and enegy going to gut for digestion, more blood and energy for brain. some ppl recommend to get sugar right before exam tho?

sugar right before makes sense but having sugar and then waiting before the exam means you will have a sugar crash during the exam, best to just get 8 hours of sleep and eat a good breakfast/ just fast
