Idk I guess it's up to them, don't think it's unreasonable. My parents make me a small amount for rent way less than actually moving out and don't pay for food etc. Most people I know also pay a small amount

I'll probably have moved out by 23 though. Idk it depends. I won't just move for some shit job in a shitty town for the sake of it

Probably not but it’s really not your choice.

I have to pay around £200 to mine to cover groceries etc but it’s still a lot cheaper than living alone, I have so much more free time, I’m incel so I don’t need to bring girls over anyway, and it’s a much nicer house and environment than any shithole I could afford.

Generally the lower your social class the more likely your parents are to see you as a cash cow to be immediately exploited. Working class guys I know were made to pay full market rent. Upper middle class would have an apartment paid for by their parents.
