Should you go on an agressive cut while on puberty

So I've been planning to start an agressive cut but after some research mostly everyone is against it but most of the research I did was on tiktok so it might just be total bullshit I would only need to cut maybe 4kg but I dont want to spend a month eating little bit less than usual so does it really affect puberty that much or is it fine to do

Obviously don't, you don't need to be lean until ur an adult

Never do aggressive cuts during puberty even small cuts are bad, only cut if your fat if not wait till you finish growing

Eating good foods is more important but eating more is also good

65kg 176cm my growth spurt just started so this doesnt really feel like a good idea the bmi bullshit says average weight but I want to cut until clearly visible abs

just do cardio then, n workout abs not worth in puberty to risk
