Side delts 3x a week is fine and usually way better for growth than 1-2x a week. Provided you’re doing laterals right, controlling the weight on the way down and keeping everything strict. Sometimes I’ll hit like 9 failure sets of laterals in a session, until I can’t move the 10lb dumbbells. Front delts and rear delts can handle a decent amount of volume but you don’t need to work them as much as side delts.Title
