how can i maximize my shoulder gains? i do 2.5kg cable lateral raises 2x till failure and shoulder press 2x till failure but i dont think its enough

if ur still doing isolation exercises for rear delt in this day and age ur beyond savingits enough side delt volume, would recommend something rear delt biasing but I lowk neglect them myself
